What's the difference between Contain, Cover, Stretch, and Pad?
Contain fits the entire image inside the target dimensions (may leave empty space). Cover fills the target completely (may crop edges). Stretch distorts to exact dimensions. Pad is Contain plus a background color filling the empty space.
Can I resize images to a percentage instead of exact pixels?
Yes — switch the mode toggle to Percentage and set any value from 1 to 200%. The output keeps the original aspect ratio.
Does resizing reduce image quality?
Downscaling preserves quality well because pixel data is being averaged together. Upscaling beyond 200% becomes visibly blurry. For best results, resize down from a larger original rather than up from a small one.
Can I combine Resize with compression?
